Matt and Rebekah Deal of Morrison Funeral Home would like to introduce their new intern, Spencer Mehlburger. She is the daughter of Lee and Michelle Mehlburger.

Spencer is a 2017 Oil City High School graduate and attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, receiving her degree in Funeral Service and an associate’s in Funeral Service Management and Specialized Business. After graduation, Spencer went to Point Park University and received a bachelor’s degree with a minor in psychology. She now lives in Oil City with her fiance , Hunter Barr, and dog Madison.

In June of 2017, Matt and Rebekah bought Morrison Funeral Home and are continuing to keep it family-owned and operated, since its beginning in 1924. Spencer is an excellent asset to the team and Matt and Rebekah are excited to have her as part of the team!
