The Chamber is working to develop the next generation of business leaders for the Venango Region. We are doing this through our initiatives that focus on understanding existing educational programs and nurturing our relationships with educational providers to create clear pathways that connect students and employers.
Our priority is to assist in connecting businesses and schools who are or wish to be engaged in:
- Career fairs and mock interviews
- Job shadowing
- Mentorship
- VenangoREADY
