Kyla Parkinson recently celebrated her 10th anniversary as the owner of Victorian City Art and Frame (VCAF), a business that has gained an excellent reputation for its work in preserving and showcasing its customers’ most precious photos, artwork and artifacts.

But framing is not the only reason to visit this local shop. Kyla continues to find ways to engage the community, modeling a unique approach to marketing her business.

On November 10, she will be featuring Steve Hanks, a nationally known watercolor artist, with a figurative exhibit from 4 to 9 p.m. She invites you to stop in and visit this talented artist and explore Victorian City Art and Frame.
