House Bill 1737 provides COVID liability protection to schools, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and businesses large and small with protection from exposure claims for those following health guidelines. The legislation also contains liability protection for those engaged in agritourism activities.

HB 1737 has passed both chambers of the PA General Assembly and now goes to the Governor. The bill had the support and affirmative vote of Senator Scott Hutchinson and Representative R. Lee James.

The Venango Chamber joined chambers from across the state in urging this protection for our businesses and members.
