Citizen of the Year Lisa Winger did not have the opportunity to celebrate with friends and community members at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner, but there was no shortage of people ready to share their testimonies of how her impact has been felt by others.

We met with several of them to capture their stories of Lisa and her compassion and selflessness.
