Tech Tip: Telling Your Story


Whether it’s on social media, your website, email, in a press release, or through word of mouth, are you conveying your business’ story in a way that is captivating your audience?

Storytelling can move people to take action and evoke an emotional connection. It’s essential to build a brand around your core values, then tell stories related to those values.

Your stories should be informative, but to the point, and they can be more impactful depending on the language, images, video, tone, and colors you use.

For example, instead of Child Development Centers announcing their 50 year anniversary and simply providing facts about the centers, they share posts and videos with alumni and parents telling stories of their experiences.
