The Venango Chamber will recognize 4 Your Car Connection as the 2023 Business of the Year.
Owned by Scott Snow, the business celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2022, marked by an entire year of celebration. 4 Your Car Connection is, by definition, a used car dealership and a service center, but it has come to be known as so much more.
The business has grown immensely through its 20 years, adding staff, offices, and inventory even when challenged to do so. The service center has expanded and continues to add cutting edge technology as well as features that provide comfort and security to customers.
With 23 employees, making up the sales, service, and administrative divisions, Scott remains committed to developing and recognizing each and every team member as the most valued part of the business. He routinely plans employee-focused activities to show his appreciation and continue encouraging his team to work well together, such as their annual Christmas parties which could be a comedy night or trip to Niagara Falls!
4 Your Car Connection has long been a driver of community activity both at their business location and throughout Cranberry Township. Scott and his employees show up as volunteers for other organizations, such as the recent Cranberry Community Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas festivities.
For 18 years, 4 Your Car Connection has been committed to ensuring that the 4th of July is celebrated with some of the region’s very best fireworks on July 2nd in Cranberry.
Scott has been especially committed to encouraging other businesses’ success, whether existing businesses or those who are just starting out. He is quick to pass on opportunities for them to locate nearby and also to work together cooperatively on events and promotions.
Scott and his team are great at finding ways to bring people together. In recent years, he has supported the local 4-H by purchasing several livestock and then distributing them to his employees as a gift of recognition. He has invited those responsible for raising beef and pigs to come and share their experience with his staff. Along with a fun event, this is a demonstration of the benefits of investing in your work and sharing the fruits of your labor with others.
4 Your Car Connection is easily recognized as one of the most dynamic marketers in the region, using a unique style that is hard to miss. Unusual tactics draw the eye to billboards, print ads, and fun setups such as our friend “Gina”, around the business site and community.
Using their experience with marketing and promotion, Scott and his team are bringing people together in a way that showcases the community and benefits small business.
