Youth Alternatives (YA) was able to treat 75 local youth to a wonderful Christmas experience due to the kindness of some anonymous folks from the area. This experience includes handpicked gifts for each child, plus all the pizza, punch and homemade cookies they can consume.

This program is made possible by some very selfless members of the community. These “Secret Santas” provide funds to YA with the specific task of making some local kids’ holiday merry and bright. Most of these extraordinary people reside in the area, or grew up in Venango County.

Corrine Carbaugh, Program Coordinator for YA said: “Just seeing the look of awe on the kids’ faces and their gratitude, makes us appreciate all that our Secret Santas do for us, year after year. We want to extend our sincerest ’thank you’ to these folks that allow Youth Alternatives to treat local youth during the holidays. We appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!”
