The Venango Area Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Dinner on February 23rd at Cross Creek Resort.  Jim Hawkins was named as the 2009 Outstanding Citizen and Dan Feroz was awarded 2009 Volunteer of the Year by chamber staff.
