The Crossing in Franklin Offering New Meeting Space

The Crossing Free Methodist Church of Franklin is excited to announce they have meeting space available to rent to community groups.

The Crossing has been recognized as the Free Methodist Church in Franklin since moving to 1230 Buffalo Street in 1880. They are probably best known for owning and operating the Good Shepherd Shoppe Thrift Store on 619th 13th Street.

The Crossing is hoping to strengthen their relationship with Franklin neighbors by renting their meeting hall to organizations and other community groups.

A conference table is situated for use of the audio/visual equipment. They have comfortable seating for 50 people for those doing presentations from the stage.

For a more relaxed setting, they offer a coffee station and upholstered furniture for less formal meetings.

In addition to hosting organizations renting the facility, they hope to support charity groups, affinity groups, and house churches that may need a larger venue to gather and celebrate life events. They are currently seeking funding to improve handicap access.

To make reservations, email the church secretary at their Oil City site at fmcoc@comcast.net or call April at (814) 676-6611 with any questions.
