What about people with busy lives who still want to use their library? Luckily, we have an answer: Libby, the one-tap reading app from your local library. All you need is a library card!
eBooks & Audiobooks
eBooks and audiobooks are available to you digitally through the Libby app on your smartphone, tablet, computer or Kindle. Borrowing, renewing and placing holds on titles is as simple as clicking a button. eBooks and audiobooks return themselves automatically to the collection, so you never need to worry about late fees or penalties! In order to expand access and provide even more content, we’ve partnered with other libraries to share our collections.
Our partnerships provide over 38,000 additional eBooks and audiobooks for patrons to access with their library card. Just click on “Partner Libraries” in the Libby app to access more library collections!
Magazines
You can also borrow thousands of magazines on Libby. Popular titles such as The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Good Housekeeping, National Geographic, Vanity Fair, Vogue and Reader’s Digest are available, as well as some more niche titles like Yoga Journal, Mother Earth News, Astronomy, American History, Writer’s Digest and much more! Magazines check out just like eBooks & audiobooks, but there are no wait times. Feel free to check an issue out whenever you’d like!
