At Matric Group, they believe in showing appreciation for their incredible team. To celebrate their hard work and dedication, Matric organized a week-long celebration with themes, exciting events, and prizes. Themes included Crazy Sock & Hat, Hawaiian Shirt, Pattern, Camo/ Tie-Dye, and Patriotic.

Throughout the week, they spread joy with bags of sweets and daily prize drawings. Each day, ten lucky team members won prizes like AirPods, a gaming chair, a charcoal smoker, and Tiki Bluetooth speakers! A picnic was held to thank the team for prioritizing workplace safety, featuring a dunk tank where employees could dunk their supervisors. Matric raised $1,292 for the United Way through this event, giving back to the community while celebrating employees and their contributions.
