The United Way of Venango County has added a new member to their staff. Jennifer Taylor is excited to be a part of the United Way team as the new Volunteer Coordinator.

Jennifer graduated from Franklin Area High School and after several years teaching in Virginia, she moved back to the area with her husband and four sons.

As Volunteer Coordinator, she is tasked with building connections with the non-profits of Venango County who need volunteers, as well as matching groups or individuals with a desire to volunteer with those opportunities.

This can be done by contacting the United Way, but can also be facilitated through their website – Get Connected Venango. The site lists local agencies and the volunteer needs they currently have.
