Jamie’s Kids Hosting “Spaghetti Dinner At Home” Raffle

Many of our local non-profits rely on event fundraisers to keep things moving, and have had to make creative changes in the last 20 months. Jamie’s Kids is an organization that benefits local students in honor of Jamie Jacoby, who taught at Valley Grove Elementary until she passed away in 2013.

The Jamie’s Kids Annual Benefit Spaghetti Dinner was hoping to be back to an in-person gathering, but has decided to wait until next year. This year, you can support Jamie’s Kids by purchasing raffle tickets for the “Spaghetti Dinner at Home” Raffle. You can also support Jamie’s Kids by making a monetary donation.

All proceeds will be used to carry out their mission of improving children’s lives. The raffle drawing will be November 17 (Jamie’s birthday). Only 1,000 tickets are being sold and prizes include a half cow, 7 cubic foot freezer, baskets, and more.

Tickets are available from any board member, or at the Venango Chamber, Oil City Agway, and the Law Office of Virginia Sharp.
