Greg Lander of Klapec Trucking Company was presented with a certificate of completion at commencement ceremonies held in State College for the Pennsylvania Rural-Urban Leadership Program (RULE).

RULE is Pennsylvania’s transformative leadership development program. It fosters professional and personal leadership development for all Pennsylvanians.

Greg is one of 30 PA residents to complete the two-year RULE Program. Through a series of hybrid study institutes and remote learning, RULE allows scholars to blend their diverse backgrounds and experiences while exploring leadership theory, communications, economics, public issues, government affairs and more. Congratulations, Greg!
