Local Schools Get Creative to Spark Interest in Future Careers

Valley Grove Elementary School is introducing an exciting addition to its career education program. On May 10, students from grades K-6 will enjoy a live Career Fashion Show. Adults from the community will serve as “models,” showcasing their professions in appropriate work attire while walking the catwalk. A brief description of each job will accompany their presentation.

After the show, 5th and 6th graders will have the opportunity to further explore various careers during a meet and greet session.
