Local municipalities have announced their 2010 Trick or Treating hours. All those who have reported in to the Chamber, including Cranberry Township, Franklin, Oil City, Cornplanter Township, Irwin Township, Oakland Township and Rouseville will be holding Trick or Treating 6-8 pm on Sunday, October 31st.
