Ryan Sweeney is a quality engineer at Webco Industries, a graduate of the Leadership Venango Class of 2019, and recently joined the Venango Chamber Board of Directors.

A native to the area, Ryan has lived in Cranberry Township, specifically the Fertigs/Tippery area, for most of his life. He is married and has four children. In his free time, he enjoys teaching his kids how to fix things and work on engines, as well as hunting and riding ATVs.

At Webco, Ryan’s primary job is new product development. Ryan says, “I enjoy working with our customers on new designs and helping them find solutions to their problems. Another big part of my job is to ensure that we supply a high-quality product to our customers and ensure that they continue to be happy.”

As a graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Venango program, Ryan says he was amazed at what the Chamber does to promote and grow our communities, and was excited at the opportunity to serve on the board. He says, “It is my hope that we will continue to grow and promote new businesses to the area so the next generation has a great place to live.”
