Zach is a Software Engineer at Komatsu and is originally from Center Township, PA. He attended American University for his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He did his Post Bachelorette in Computer Science, with a specialization in machine learning and computer vision with applications to robotics, at Slippery Rock University.

Some of his achievements include that he was a starting defense player for the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) National Lacrosse Team. He also graduated from SRU with a 4.0 in his Post Bachelorette program.

His future goals include starting his own 3D printing business as that is one of his favorite hobbies along with kayaking and walking his dog. One of his favorite spots in Venango County is Two Mile Run County Park. He also enjoys visiting local restaurants and breweries.

“Everyone is very friendly and helpful,” said Zach when asked about the region. He also mentioned appreciating the work environment here whereas “in the city, most people would be very competitive to get ahead.”
