Funding Opportunities from ORA and ARTS Oil City Program


ARTS Oil City is excited to announce a grant funding opportunity for local artists and professional creatives seeking to relocate to Oil City from other locations around the country.

ARTS Oil City is the recipient of a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts “Creative Sector Advancement Project” grant, one of only three awarded in the state. The grant funds will be used during 2023 to support arts initiatives in the community. Individuals may apply for a grant to support their creative ventures in Oil City. Grant guidelines and applications are available on request by emailing bpierce@oilregion.org.

The Oil Region Alliance is offering mini-grants of up to $5,000 to non-profits for heritage projects in the Oil Region National Heritage Area.

The Oil Region National Heritage Area (ORNHA) 2023 Heritage Mini-Grant Program is meant to assist heritage-related sites and organizations, as well as municipalities and counties, to develop new programs, partnerships, exhibits, tours, and other initiatives.
