Resilient is one word that can sum up Verify! Services over the past year. From pivoting to an entire remote workforce, ensuring needs for telecommunications are met, and shifting their branding and marketing focus, the Verify! team has been busy.
When the pandemic hit last year, Company President Erin Green (pictured below) did two things. First, Erin and her leadership team made the decision to transition to a remote workforce. Then, Verify! proactively reached out to clients to ensure that they were set up for success. As the needs of their clients varied, they crafted individual telecom responses based on each industry served. Common concerns included ensuring phone continuity, the adoption of hosted services, and working with providers for service and repair tickets. The primary goal throughout was to utilize their decades of telecom experience to assist their clients.
Once they got their footing, Erin chose to rebrand and enhance their marketing strategy. The initial push began with a marketing makeover prize from a firm, but additional steps were taken with the adoption of new colors, updated logo, refreshed website, and increased digital presence.
They also interviewed, hired, and onboarded new hires remotely. While some organizations might hesitate at this approach, Erin recognized this time as one of potential opportunity and growth.
Verify!’s goal was then to ensure internal customer stability and success and to adopt a “growth mindset.” Verify! Services offers unique professional and telecom services to meet the needs of clients in the “new normal.”
As the one-year anniversary of the pandemic approaches, Verify! recognizes that companies are not just looking to survive, but are again becoming “forward focused.”
