Ray Feroz Ph.D. has been named the Interim President for the Venango Region Catholic School (VRCS) system, which includes St. Stephen Elementary and Venango Catholic High School. The VRCS system provides high quality academic education and moral and ethical development for 155 students from the Oil City, Franklin, Clarion, and Titusville areas.

VRCS has launched a $1 million fall annual fund campaign. Donations will enable the schools to have a sound financial future with scholarships, academic programs, athletics, and capital projects. They will also be building enrollment in the schools and using scholarship monies to make Catholic education more affordable.
