Top Tier Federal Credit Union is excited to announce that they have been ranked #1 in PA for ‘Return to Member’ by Callahan and Associates. The Credit Union is also ranked in the Top 1% nationally in the same category.

‘Return to Member’ is measured on the services, loan rates, and saving rates provided to credit union members. Since 1966, Callahan has used their scoring system to quantify what each credit union delivers to its members.

“We pride ourselves on taking care of our members. Our members are the people we are working for which makes it especially rewarding,” Mark Lauer, CEO, stated. “It is great to see more and more local people recognizing and utilizing the benefits of credit union membership.”

Over the past 7 years, the Credit Union has given $2.2 million to its members through the Special Bonus Dividend. The program is based on the member’s relationship with the Credit Union. The more business the member does with the Credit Union, the more they will receive.

The Credit Union was created in 1940 for the workers of Owens-Illinois Glass Plant in Clarion. Over its 83 years, the Credit Union has grown from 9 members to over 14,000 across 13 counties in Northwestern PA.
