Jack Roser
When Jack Roser began washing cars at the Weaver Buick garage in Oil City at seventeen years old, he never imagined owning numerous businesses years later.
As a Venango County native, Jack is passionate about helping our area thrive. He is the owner of Roser Technologies, Inc. (RTI), located in Titusville, and recently purchased Vertical Seal out of Pleasantville, retaining more than 50 local jobs, bringing his businesses to a total of 150 employees.
Jack has had the opportunity to live anywhere and to sell his businesses, but is invested in this area–his home. “My focus is on helping this region and keeping jobs here,” he said. “If we make sure our employees and customers are happy, our entire community wins.”
In 2017, Jack’s buildings on Main Street in Oil City where Weaver Buick, and eventually his businesses Oil City Automotive and RPM Used Car Sales, were located, were demolished. It wasn’t an easy decision, but the building was in disrepair and now provides an opportunity for positive development.
Through taking care of his employees and our community, Jack is paying it forward, as he was once mentored at a young age to get to where he is today. “By coming together and supporting one another, we can move our region forward,” he said. “As the message of the Chamber’s Be Here initiative says, this is a great place to live and work, and I am proud to have my businesses here.”
