Based on information from the Allegheny Valley Board of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for the period of January 1, 2021, through December 20, 2021, Shawgo Real Estate is proud to announce that they are ranked number one in sales in Venango and Crawford Counties.

It was quite a year for Shawgo Real Estate. Most notably, 2021 blessed them with over $23 million in sales. According to owner Dana Shawgo, no brokerage in the area has ever reached that milestone.

Shawgo also doubled staff over the year, including adding a full time Client Concierge to the team. The Titusville office also now includes a U-Haul dealership, which created a lot of opportunities for clients and agents.

Planned for this year is the roll out of the “Shawgo Schedule,” a software that will allow clients to track their real estate transaction like a UPS package, right on the Shawgo Real Estate website. Agents will be able to provide clients with instant updates through this new service.

Another great new feature for potential buyers is text alerts. Simply text SREBUY to 37373 to receive a text message when any (not just Shawgo) new listing comes on the market.
