Provanta, Inc in Reno is excited to announce their new online ordering system. Not only did Provanta’s website (provantapropane.com) get a makeover, but Provanta has also implemented an ecommerce system where customers can order propane, pay bills, and view their account history online. To access these features, current customers can create an account at myaccount.provantapropane.com.
Provanta has been supplying the region with bulk propane for 87 years and is currently on its fourth generation.
“We saw this as a way to modernize our process. Now, rather than simply e-mailing orders in, customers are able to place the order in a fully-automated fashion. It’s just one more step toward the future,” says third generation and current owner, Dave Goss.
In addition to their new website and e-commerce system, Provanta is increasing their social media presence, using remote tank monitors to ensure timely delivery, and continuing to grow their fleet of propane powered delivery vehicles.
“All these little steps add up to increase efficiency and better service for our customers,” says Goss.
