She was born and raised in Titusville and returned to the community after completing her college education. She is looking forward to making connections with more young people in the area.

Over the past few years she has held several positions in Crawford and Venango Counties that have taught her a lot both professionally and personally. In January 2023 she became the Annual Giving Officer for the Northwest Hospital Foundation which is the sole supporting nonprofit organization for UPMC Northwest Hospital. She is very happy to be back in Venango County and feels that she is making a real difference in the lives of patients and staff at the hospital. “It is incredibly rewarding and important work,” she said.

She am a member of the Oil City Rotary Club, the Franklin-Oil City Zonta Club, and the Northwest Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She serves as a board member of Titusville Renaissance, Inc. and is the Membership Chair of FLEX. She has also been a Be Here Ambassador since 2019.

“My favorite things to do are volunteering and exploring the local dining and retail scene. There are so many opportunities to get involved with the community (FLEX being a major one!) and support small businesses!”

Juliet enjoys working in the area due to its many opportunities for leadership and growth. ” There are many individuals who are wonderful mentors and want to see our generation thrive,” she said.
