Owner Kyla Parkinson is thrilled to announce that Oil City Art & Frame, located at 211 Seneca Street, is now open! A soft opening was held during Oil Heritage Festival weekend for the new shop.

Stop by to see the new location and for all of your custom framing needs. Kyla is also hosting a Labor Day Photography Show, that will showcase the area’s industry. Entries are due August 14.
