Tuesday, September 17: “Techniques for Pain Relief” with Kyle Shilk, DO, UPMC Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Shilk will discuss common causes of low back pain and demonstrate simple stretching.

Monday, October 7: “Steps to Heart Health” with Erin Concannon-Fink, DO, UPMC Internal Medicine. Dr. Concannon-Fink will discuss the cardiovascular benefits of exercise.

Participants are asked to meet at the UPMC Northwest Walking Trail Pavilion at 5 p.m. Registration is not required. In case of inclement weather, these events will be rescheduled. Please wear footwear appropriate for walking.
