Northwest Bank has recently seen some changes with staff at the Oil City and Franklin Branches.

John Stoner is taking over as the Franklin Branch Manager. He has been with Northwest for almost 9 years. John started in Oil City in 2016 as Assistant Manager and was promoted to Branch Manager in 2019.

Chris McFarland has been promoted to Oil City Branch Manager. She has been with Northwest for 25 years and was most recently the Franklin Assistant Manager for over 12 years.
