Established in 2012, Jones Notary began as a side business for Nicole Jones out of her home office while working full time. In 2017, she took a leap by quitting her job and joining forces with Coya Lam from Seneca Notary.

“We have had a wonderful year working together and our families have been unbelievably supportive and helpful through the entire process, from helping us put office furniture together to completely remodeling our office space,” Nicole said. “We are truly a family business. There are days my 4-year-old daughter is here with me and weekends my husband spends the day here.”

Besides being a full-service notary, Jones Notary offers a variety of other services, including title transfers for cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, motor homes, atvs, snowmobiles, and boats; instant plates and registration; PennDOT authorized Online Messenger Service; instant camera cards for drivers license renewals; registration renewals; DL and vehicle instant restorations; telegrams of authority; antique/classic plates; specialty plates; and handicapped placards. They also are an agent with PA Fish and Boat and DCNR.

The business strives to be efficient and friendly, with low prices to help their customers and keep them coming back.

They have found the community to be very welcoming. Nicole shared: “We are constantly donating back into the community for events. We know that without the support of the community, this would not be possible.”
