Pete Calenda is the Director of Clinical and Ancillary Services at UPMC Northwest, and joined the Venango Chamber Board in 2023.

Pete grew up and still lives in Greenville, with his wife of 21 years and 3 children. In addition to his work with the Chamber, Pete also serves as a member of the Cranberry Township Economic Development Committee and as part of the Executive Management Team at UPMC Northwest.

At UPMC Northwest, Pete oversees the Respiratory, Imaging, Neuro, and Cardiology Services. He says, “I enjoy working with my department leads and helping grow and develop those service lines.”

Pete’s hobbies include spending time with his wife watching his kids participate in high school and college sports. They also enjoy yearly summer vacations to Florida. Pete loves to hunt and spend time at his camp in Tionesta.

When asked why he decided to serve on the Chamber board, Pete said: “I was excited to officially join the Venango Chamber Board this year because I respect the work that the Chamber does to support the local businesses in the area. I think it’s important that the leading medical facility in the area have a voice and support the work the Chamber provides to the region.
