A project group of the Leadership Venango Class of 2022 is pleased to present the addition of a Little Free Library in Oil City’s Justus Park.

The Little Free Library is made from a recycled newspaper vending machine, graciously donated by The Derrick. It was then cleaned up and repainted by local artists Heidi Whistle and Dee Fish.

The project group, which includes team members Matt Craig, Jarred Heuer, Ben Hart, Heidi Whistle, Liz Amendola, and Kelly Smerkar, would like to thank Oil City Council for approving this location for the Little Free Library. Youth Alternatives will take on the stewardship for the library.
