Klapec Trucking Company (KTC) recently completed renovations on new warehouse or manufacturing space in Reno. Built in 1966 as a Jamesway store, then later taken over by K-Mart, the 80,000 square foot building sat unmaintained and deteriorating for the past several decades until renovations began in the Fall of 2019.
KTC is proud to share they used all local contractors to complete the project, including: G.L. Adams Excavating, Double E Landscaping and Fencing, Clarion Environmental, Antonucci Masonry, Homan Roofing, Amos Rudolph Architect, Deets Mechanical, Penelec, Snyder Electric, Pioneer Electric, National Fuel Gas, Rhoades Water, Hoffman Door, Advanced Insulation, and Bill Rankin.
The building is now up to code, usable and available as a secure, well-insulated, temperature and humidity-controlled warehouse and/or manufacturing center. The renovations were done so that the building can be sub-divided if necessary. If interested, please call Greg Lander (814) 657-0596 or Cindy Urban (814) 758- 5746 for more details.
