Keystone Community Education Council at the National Transit Building in Oil City is now approved as a testing center. The Testing Center is available to anyone throughout the NWPA region that is required to take a certification test in order to provide service in their profession. Keystone CEC is capable of testing 14 individuals at the same time, with most tests ranging from two to four hours.

The Testing Center is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday. Individuals must contact the appropriate testing company that offers tests in their profession and make arrangements to take that test at the Keystone Testing Center. The cost varies per testing company and length of test. The following are examples of the type of tests that are available from the different testing companies.

The Meazure Learning Test Center Network offers tests in various Medical Fields, Cosmetic Dentistry, Banking, Optometry, Forensic Nursing, Insurance and Financial Advisor, Regulatory Affairs, and more.

The Pearson VUE Test Center Network offers over 500 professional tests in areas like GED, American Board of Wound Management, Nuclear Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, State Fire Marshal, Credentialing & Education, Supply Management, Risk Management, and more.

The PSI Testing Center Network offers tests in Real Estate, Insurance, Construction Trades, IT, and more.
