Juliet Hilburn, Annual Giving Officer for the Northwest Hospital Foundation, recently earned a Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Juliet holds a bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University and a master’s degree from Arkansas State University. She joined the Foundation as Annual Giving Officer in January 2023.
