Melissa (Mel) Terwilliger started working for Hoss’s in November of 1992 as a host. She worked as a server from 1995 to 2018 before becoming an Assistant Manager. Melissa then became the General Manager in 2021.

Mel has been Eagle Leader and Employee of the Month numerous times throughout her career. She has assisted with the Easter Egg Hunt, with floats for the Oil Heritage Parade, and has volunteered in local schools. She lives with her husband, Shawn, and has three daughters; Paige, Chloe, and Breanna. She also has one grandchild, Milo, and another on the way.

Hoss’s District Manager, Ann, said of Melissa: “People who work with her not only look at her as a boss, but as a friend who is always the first to lend a helping hand.”
