Grand Valley Manufacturing Company (GVM), is celebrating a milestone in manufacturing with its 70th year in the industry.
GVM was originally started in 1953 with a small shop in Grand Valley, PA by three Ewing brothers: Harry, A. Harold, and Charles. The original manufacturing was in support of the Korean War effort. Three plants are now located in Titusville, including corporate headquarters, with an additional plant in Warren.
Today, in its 3rd generation of the Ewing family ownership, David Ewing is the current President and Chairman. GVM thrives as a key manufacturer for many of the most important projects taking place in the world today. GVM is currently a Prime contractor in support of the U.S. Air Force and warfighters, producing aerospace and space components, and supporting some of the most leading-edge technologies. Though GVM’s newest initiatives focus on automation of production facilities and high-volume projects, the plants still boast some of the largest size and weight capabilities for machining in the nation.
GVM now employs more than 100 people. Their focus on integrity, innovation, and the importance of the people they employ has been a proven strategy for success throughout the years. This strategy has positioned GVM to continue sustainable growth, support its community, and look towards future opportunities for the next 70 years to come.
Congratulations to GVM on 70 years!

I very much enjoyed my time there. It is such a good memory. It is great that they are still in business and growing in the different communities.
