Amy Awosina recently joined Family Service and Children’s Aid Society (FSCAS) as their new HR Director. She holds two Associates Degrees from DuBois Business College and spent eight years as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to the Human Resources field, where she has held various roles.

Hitting the ground running, Amy is currently working to fill multiple open positions at FSCAS while also enhancing the onboarding process to ensure new staff feel welcomed and connected.

Approaching each day with a strong commitment to serving people to their utmost satisfaction, Amy looks forward to making a difference for the staff and clients at FSCAS. She expresses, “Serving others has been my passion since the day I recognized the tangible impact I can have on people’s lives.”
