Franklin-Oil Region Credit Union, a $40M credit union with approximately 7,600 members, is honored and excited to have selected Karen Baldwin as their new Chief Executive Officer. Karen is a strong, seasoned financial services professional with a value driven leadership style.
Credit Unions are an important part of the communities they serve. They a re member owned not-for-profit financial organizations whose main priority is to pass along their earnings in the form of low cost products and services to benefit their members.
Operating a credit union is challenging and demanding at times and requires dedication and commitment from all involved.
“We feel very fortunate to have Karen on our team making a positive impact and shaping the growth of the credit union”, says Tonya Sharrar, Business Development Specialist at the credit union.
Karen stated, “I am excited to join a team that truly cares about the members, as well as the community it serves.”
Karen and her husband are natives of Titusville. They have three beautiful children and a granddaughter who Karen refers to as, “the light of their life”. They enjoy participating in community events as well as spending time with friends and family.
