Chamber staff attended the Live2Lead event, hosted by PennWest Clarion’s SBDC in October. One of the presenters, Patrick Lencioni, is the creator of The Six Types of Working Genius, a new model for looking at work and teams.

Upon returning to the office, each member of the Chamber team took the assessment, which allowed us to look at our Team Map, and really dive into which areas each of us thrive, and which we need extra support from someone else on the team.
