Deets Mechanical is excited to announce the addition of Mark Cangemi to their team. Mark has recently accepted the role of Training Specialist and Brand Ambassador.

Over the last 13 years, Mark has worked in the construction, industrial, military, higher education, and public safety industries and brings a great deal of experience to his new role with Deets Mechanical.

When asked about his new position, Mark said, “First, I need to thank the Venango Area Chamber of Commerce and the passionate professionals who are connected with the Chamber for the networking relationships that ultimately led me to the Deets Mechanical leadership team and created this new employment opportunity.”  Austin Linney, an owner of Deets Mechanical said, “Through the Chamber, we found an amazing employee and local guy who will help build out an even better company.”

In this role, Mark will be working with the service divisions of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical to identity areas for professional development and continuous improvement. Mark says one of his biggest takeaways since starting at Deets Mechanical is that the Deets technicians do an incredible job at customizing their services and solutions to the needs and budgets of their customers. There are a variety of HVAC systems, furnaces, hot water tanks, and other systems found in homes across Northwestern PA, and Mark wants to ensure that programs and processes and in place for their technicians to access to all of the training materials they need.
