Deets Mechanical Transitioning to New Leadership

Deets Mechanical recently celebrated their 22nd year in business, as they transition to new leadership. Austin Linney, Deets’ new owner and CEO, came to Venango County with a background in real estate and hospitality. He was motivated to invest in the trades and identified Deets Mechanical as an excellent prospect for investment in Pennsylvania and specifically in a community with so much opportunity to make an impact.

Austin has traveled the world and shares, “Pound for pound I haven’t met a better city – where the community wants to see people succeed. There are many entrepreneurs, who serve as a collective group of people driving towards a common goal.”

Phil Deets, the previous owner and founder of the business, continues to be involved, consulting on larger projects. In addition to building a solid business with loyal employees and a strong reputation, Phil successfully advanced the image of Deets Mechanical, through thoughtful marketing in recent years.

Deets now has 47 employees, up from 20 at the beginning of 2023. Austin remarks that they will continue to add to this staff, as they add services and expand the region they serve. Join us in congratulating Phil and Austin in their past and future success.
