The Northwest Pennsylvania Regional Planning & Development Commission is inviting hospitality businesses adversely impacted by COVID-19 located in Clarion, Forest, Venango and Warren Counties to apply for grant funds received through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under Act 1 of 2021 (SB 109). Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until funding has been exhausted, or June 15, whichever occurs first.
