Chamber membership gives you access to many facilitators for programming and activities. Recently, Kat Thompson, the Chamber’s Membership & Education Manager provided the Oil Region Alliance with an exercise in learning personality types and communications styles, at their board retreat. While Chamber staff may be able to help with many activities, we also enjoy the chance to connect members with one another, who may have the program that your group needs.

Throughout the last five years of Leadership Venango, we have learned that we have many members who are very qualified, and often certified in various trainings. While these occasionally carry a fee, it is not unusual for members to only pass along the cost of any materials or to accept an invitation to join your group for lunch! Let your Chamber staff know when you are looking for a great facilitator, and we’ll start by looking within our membership and then help you by checking our extended network.
