In our continuing series of the Venango Chamber’s beliefs around business, we share that we believe in learning, teaching and sharing lavishly. We strive to provide our members with an environment where they can share their knowledge and experience freely, as well as gain from others. We believe that through the learning process of teaching and sharing, businesses will become more innovative and profitable.

In supporting this belief, we are committed to continuing professional development and invest in sending chamber staff to industry-specific education, as well as training that helps them better serve the community through leadership. We believe in creating an environment where individuals can learn, grow and develop their skills. We believe that knowledge is power and that it is meant to be shared with others.
