Stifel Financial Corp. today announced that Michael Dulaney has joined the Williams Simms Wealth Management Group as a Financial Advisor, based in the Franklin office of the firm’s Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated broker-dealer subsidiary.
Dulaney holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University, as well as Series 7 and 66 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Prior to joining Stifel, he served as County Commissioner for Venango County and Executive Assistant for the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce.
Active in the community, Dulaney has served as chairman of the Applefest Committee and a board member for the Drake Energy Security Forum, the Keystone Community Education Council, and the Venango Museum of Art, Science, and Industry.
