Shaun, who co-founded Bella Cucina with Ava Rumpler in July 2004, played a pivotal role in shaping the restaurant’s culinary identity during its first eight years. After a hiatus, he has returned this July, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a renewed passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
As the restaurant bids farewell to longtime Executive Chef Mike Mansfield, the team expresses heartfelt gratitude for his dedication and creativity over the years. They wish Mike and his wife, Brieann, all the best in their future endeavors. As one door closes, another opens, and the excitement of welcoming Shaun back into the kitchen is palpable.
