Oil City Eye Welcomes New Staff

Oil City Eye Associates is excited to announce they have welcomed two new staff members, Dr. Kassandra (Martin) Espy and Taylor Pellerin.

Dr. Espy (pictured right) was born and raised in Franklin and graduated valedictorian of the Rocky Grove High School Class of 2011. She attended Gannon University for the accelerated 3+4 optometry program, and then went on to optometry school in 2018 where she graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University.

Dr. Espy is excited to be moving back to her hometown to serve the community she grew up in. She loves being able to enhance people’s quality of life by improving their vision and caring for their eyes. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Espy enjoys spending time outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, and jet skiing are some of her favorite activities.

Taylor Pellerin (pictured right) recently relocated to Oil City from Lafayette, Louisiana. With a rich background in the restaurant industry, Taylor made her mark as the head of Central Pizza and Bar, a beloved staple in downtown Lafayette. Beyond that, she possesses a natural talent for interior design and marketing, which she has seamlessly integrated into her professional endeavors.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys the outdoors, particularly hiking and kayaking and is a loving mom to three cats. A creative spirit with a keen eye for detail, Taylor is excited for this new chapter as she continues to share her passions and expertise with her new community.

Welcome Dr. Espy and Taylor!
