Northwest Bank has announced that Kelsi Straub has been promoted to the Financial Center Assistant Manager position at the 105 Petroleum Street Branch in Oil City.

Kelsi has been with Northwest Bank since 2018, starting as a Summer Help Teller and working her way to her most recent position of Financial Center Banker. In her time with Northwest, Kelsi has helped provide the Oil City area with expertise and advice on credit building, lending, savings and wealth building, budgeting, and debt consolidation.

Kelsi has been using her position to give back to the community through Financial Wellness classes, volunteering at the local YWCA, and engaging in meaningful guidance and conversations with the younger generation through various events such as career fairs and credit building consultations.

She plans on continuing and expanding her work in the upcoming years. She will join with newly appointed Financial Center Manager, Bob Macormac to help strengthen local ties to the community and provide quality and secure banking and financial services.
